Level II Help Desk Pro
We are currently taking applications for a Level II Help Desk Pro. Minimum 4 years experience. We are looking for individuals with great troubleshooting skills and quality customer service acumen.
You have working experience with Windows Operating Systems including:
- Installation and best practice configuration.
- A great understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with user profiles.
- Experience in desktop migration.
Technical Account Manager
We are currently taking application for a Technical Account Manager at 4 Pillars IT.
You will have 7+ years experience with server, network, desktop support, configuration and architecture. Also, a working knowledge of the budget process and a strong customer experience focus.
We have a strong partnership with our customers and have quarterly IT reviews to ensure they are completely satisfied with our support and consultative approach. You will be their vCIO and, working with our tenured team of IT pros, will help create custom solutions that our customers will rely on for years to come.
